Your new role
- Assisting with the unloading and sorting of donated goods in the yard area
- Operating a forklift safely and efficiently (if licenced)
- Coordinating team members to maintain smooth daily operations
- Ensuring items are appropriately categorised for resale or recycling
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the site
- Providing friendly customer service and support when needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous supervisory experience
- Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport
- Forklift licence – highly desirable
- Contactable references
- Living locally in the Mackay region
