Our client is a state government department looking for a Project Manager for an initial 12 month contract.
Your new role
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge in ICT project management, particularly in the delivery of technology solutions and system implementation.
- Apply sound knowledge of ICT systems, enterprise architecture, and technology infrastructure, ensuring alignment with organisational and project requirements.
- Possess written and verbal communication skills that are clear and concise, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, contractors, and executive leadership.
- Apply sound business management skills in corporate governance areas and model ethical behaviour, consistently applying those ethical standards to self and others.
- Demonstrate strong skills in program/project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with a focus on ICT design, implementation, and integration within capital build environments.
- Ensure all project deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements are met within agreed timeframes and budgets, with a focus on ICT implementation and integration within the capital build project lifecycle.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and quality in all project documentation, correspondence, and deliverables, particularly in relation to ICT solution design, testing, deployment, and stakeholder reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
Prince2 Agile / MSP certification or similar is highly desirable
