Your new role
Day-to-day, you will be carrying out the following duties:
Webcat Validation – General spelling and grammar checks BEMIR Entry – General BEMIR
Program of works data entry or Education Asbestos audits
Assistance with arranging site inspections – via phone calls or emails with forms 9’s
Updating work orders and user status
Collating files to one location to copy to head office drive from assessors.
Creating work orders from unplanned maintenance that is identified on site from the condition assessment program
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have the following:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Sound typing skills with good accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with executive-level staff, including Directors
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Capability to handle repetitive tasks
Previous government experience is proffered
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a casual contract working full-time hours Monday to Friday. This role is based in Rockhampton, offering $50.37 per hour plus superannuation, with weekly pay! This position has the potential to become ongoing or permanent for the right candidate.
