Your new role

A major transformation is underway—and we’re looking for a sharp, solutions-driven Application Integration Engineer to help lead the charge.
This role is all about enabling seamless connectivity across a complex enterprise environment, with a focus on integrating systems around a new Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation. You’ll be working at the heart of a high-impact project, collaborating with tech teams, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to design and deliver smart, scalable integrations.
Expect to dive deep into APIs, OIC, and modern integration frameworks to automate processes and ensure smooth data flow between cloud and on-prem systems. You’ll be solving real business problems, building future-ready solutions, and supporting both project delivery and ongoing operations.

What you'll need to succeed

Key duties and responsibilities
  • Design and implement system integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise applications (on-premises and SaaS).
  • Develop and maintain integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP API and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate requirements into robust integration designs.
  • Ensure integration performance, reliability and scalability, including monitoring and troubleshooting data flows.
  • Ensure integration solutions follow integration standards, governance and security frameworks.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and manage contractors responsible for technical implementations.
  • Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and other Oracle technologies to deliver seamless integrations and automation opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and maintain technical documentation.
  • Challenging the status quo and seeking opportunities to simplify systems integration.
Required experience and capabilities
  • Proven experience in system integration with Oracle Fusin Cloud applications (Finance, HCM, Procurement, etc.)
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle APIs and integration platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of application integration patterns, data formats (XML, JSON, CSV) and web services (REST, SOAP)methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience integrating both on-premises and cloud applications.
  • Solid understanding of security standards for integration.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices for integration development, deployment and monitoring
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
