Your new role

• Coordinate the development, implementation, monitoring, and review of the Integrated Water Management Plan.
• Lead IWM projects including research, funding, budgeting, consultant engagement, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Build and support an internal IWM community of practice.
• Provide strategic and technical advice on IWM projects and asset management.
• Contribute to guidelines and documentation to support IWM outcomes.
• Represent the organisation at external IWM forums and support advocacy initiatives.
• Advise senior management and the community on IWM matters.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualifications in engineering, environmental science, or extensive relevant experience
• Strong background in environmental strategy and IWM project delivery
• Knowledge of best-practice IWM, local government operations, and relevant legislation
• Strategic thinking and ability to embed sustainability across large organisations
