The Role

You’ll be the reassuring voice for customers in emergencies, coordinating medical, travel, and repatriation services. You’ll also assess travel insurance claims, ensuring fair outcomes and clear guidance.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and support customers with empathy and professionalism.
 - Respond quickly to emergencies and guide customers through claims.
 - Assess travel insurance claims accurately and fairly.
 - Communicate clearly across phone, email, and live chat.
 - Proactively gather information and resolve enquiries.
 - Build rapport and resolve issues efficiently.
 - Keep high standards and accurate records.
 
About You
- Experience in claims assessment or insurance is desirable.
 - Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
 - High emotional intelligence, calm under pressure.
 - Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
 - Skilled at multitasking and using Microsoft Office.

Working Hours
- Start: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm or 9am–5pm.
