We’re partnering with a well-established projects and maintenance firm to find a capable and organised Maintenance Coordinator to join their growing team. This business manages a diverse portfolio of sites, with a strong focus on large format retail and childcare centres across NSW.
About the role
This is a fast-paced coordination role where you’ll be the central point of contact for scheduling trades, managing reactive and preventative maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating tradesmen and contractors across active sites
- Managing incoming maintenance requests and scheduling work
- Liaising with site managers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintaining compliance and documentation
- Supporting broader project operations where needed

What you will bring:
- Previous experience in maintenance coordination, facilities, or trade scheduling
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and think on your feet
- Comfortable using systems and tech (CMMS experience highly regarded)
