Your new role

• Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate shift staff and offsiders, ensuring efficient workflow and high safety standards.

• Yard Supervision: Oversee daily yard operations including sorting, loading/unloading, and equipment use.

• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and timely communication.

• Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to environmental regulations and workplace safety protocols.

• Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and report on operational outcomes to senior management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in recycling, waste management, or logistics operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and client service abilities.

• Forklift licence and relevant industry certifications (desirable).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
