An award-winning Managed Service Provider based on the beautiful Gold Coast is seeking a permanent full-time Technical Support Engineer. Your new role
You'll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues across client environments. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Providing remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments
- Supporting cloud services including Azure and Exchange Online
- Handling network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)
- Assisting with onboarding/offboarding, patching, and system upgrades
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong technical depth across Microsoft 365, server environments, networking and security infrastructure.
Your key competencies will include:
- Proven experience in a Level 2 IT support role, ideally within an MSP environment
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft tech stack: Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a full-time permanent role with an established MSP on the Gold Coast. You will be given long-term development and training opportunities. Annual salary is $70K - $90K + Super depending on skills/experience.
