Your new role
As the Publications & Digital Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for the design and layout of the monthly newspaper (print and digital), managing the website, and leading digital content creation across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative and mission-aligned communications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and producing publications
- Managing website redevelopment and ongoing maintenance
- Developing and implementing social media and email marketing strategies
- Executing digital campaigns and reporting on performance
- Supporting new initiatives and cross-departmental projects
- Contributing to a mission-centred workplace culture
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in graphic design and digital media coordination
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of print and web production processes
- Experience with social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant qualifications in marketing, digital media, or visual communication
Experience in newspaper or magazine production, video editing, and photography will be highly regarded.
