HAYS has partnered with a well-established Tier 2 commercial builder with a strong pipeline of innovative projects across QLD is delivering a landmark multi-storey modular development in Brisbane's inner city. Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to quality, they are seeking a highly experienced Structures Site Manager to lead the structural delivery of this cutting-edge build.

Your new role

You will be responsible for managing the structural phase of this modular high-rise project, including the base build, core structure, and craning in of pre-fabricated modules. Working closely with the Project Manager and engineering teams, you will oversee site operations, coordinate trades, ensure safety compliance, and drive program delivery.

• Leading site operations during the structural phase
• Coordinating subcontractors and crane logistics for modular installation
• Managing site safety, quality, and compliance
• Monitoring program milestones and reporting progress
• Liaising with consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise or complex structural builds

• Strong understanding of modular construction and craning operations

• QBCC Open Site Supervisor Licence (or equivalent)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to drive program outcomes in a fast-paced environment
