Your new role

As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to support the sales pipeline. This is a key role that will see you working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and engagement.

This role offers complete flexibility, including the option to work fully from home if you want to.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and identifying potential leads through various online platforms and databases
  • Conducting outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects
  • Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the sales team
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with marketing to align lead generation with campaigns
  • Reporting on lead activity and conversion metrics

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years lead generation, sales support, or telemarketing experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Experience using CRM systems and lead tracking tools
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
