Site Supervisor required for a leading Residential Builder in Brisbane

Your new role

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate trades, manage site safety, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Supervising residential construction sites from start to finish
  • Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS regulations
  • Monitoring project timelines and budgets
  • Conducting quality control inspections
  • Reporting progress using Onsite Manager software

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the residential sector
  • QBCC required
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and WHS standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Onsite Manager software is essential
  • Trade qualification or relevant building/construction certification
