Our client is a local government looking for an experienced Business Analyst with responsibility for the identification of opportunities to digitise business processes to remove blockers to system adoption - ERP S/4HANA.

Your new role

• Proactively define the scope and lead the implementation of organisation-wide digitisation initiatives and measure the realisation of benefits from the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, utilising a variety of methodologies, tools and processes.
• Navigating seamlessly between the business and technology projects, working collaboratively with a diverse and dynamic set of stakeholders and partners ensuring digital projects/programs are successfully delivered, driving the realisation of organisational benefits and positive, sustainable, change outcomes.

• defining problem statements and analysing root causes
• collaborating with SMEs and key stakeholders to identify digital solutions and associated business process changes that unlock the realisation of benefits associated with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA
• partnering with the business to implement the solutions and associated change
• measuring current state (process) performance and embedding data capture to measure continuous improvement to target state

What you'll need to succeed

• S/4HANA implementations
• Experience in operational areas such as warehousing and logistics; planning, scheduling and rostering of staff
• Designing and facilitating workshops with stakeholders to jointly develop and review digitisation opportunities and benefits realisation approaches and plans
• Documenting current state efforts and quantify future state benefits
