Asset Operations Coordinator

Are you an organised and proactive professional with a passion for operational excellence? I am seeking an Operations Enablement Coordinator to support a dynamic team across a broad portfolio including asset management, vendor and contract coordination, budgeting, and customer billing.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is committed to driving high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.


Your new role

  • Assist in optimising operational processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Support planning and execution of vendor contracts to meet operational needs.
  • Contribute to asset life cycle management and cost-effectiveness strategies.
  • Analyse diverse operational issues and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
  • Share knowledge and support a collaborative team culture.


What you'll need to succeed

Essential:
  • Experience in administration or coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement practices.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritise in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance.
Desirable:
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely when required.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset.
