Your new role

As the HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with leaders and employees across the business to deliver best-practice HR solutions. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and policy development, you will be the go-to person for all things people-related. Your ability to build strong relationships, provide sound advice, and drive positive outcomes will be critical to your success.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working in a collaborative and supportive environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and a people-first approach. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to key projects, including workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and the implementation of HR systems and processes that support a high-performing culture.
