Your new company

A government department is seeking a motivated individual to support a busy team delivering services across housing-related matters. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you’ll contribute to the efficient handling of cases and enquiries.


Your new role

You’ll manage a high-volume caseload, respond to enquiries, and progress applications through established processes. The role involves liaising with a range of stakeholders and maintaining accurate records while delivering excellent customer service.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in property, housing, or tenancy is highly desirable.
  • Strong case management and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
