• Perform breakdown repairs, diagnostics, and scheduled maintenance on HME and ancillary gear
• Travel to multiple sites for field service work
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Uphold safety standards and company procedures
• Deliver professional, client-facing service across diverse environments

• Trade qualification as a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic / Fitter
• Experienced with all major OEM HME gear such as CAT, Komatsu, and Hitachi, as well as all major ancillary gear
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills; Air Con Ticket preferred
• Proficient in CAT ET, SIS, and similar computer systems
• Must be client-facing, professional, and confident working independently across multiple sites
• Bonus if already site inducted with Rio Tinto, FMG, BHP, Roy Hill, Mine Res, etc.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence (HR preferred)
