Your new role

As the first point of contact, you’ll handle a high volume of inbound enquiries while proactively conducting outbound follow-ups to ensure every customer feels valued. Beyond providing seamless service, you’ll have the opportunity to identify needs, introduce customers to tailored banking solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best possible experience.

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Handling high-volume inbound enquiries and transactions via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Conducting outbound follow-ups, welcoming new customers and ensuring seamless service
  • Assisting customers with banking needs, including opening accounts, internet banking, credit cards, payments, foreign exchange, insurance, and fraud-related queries
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce customers to the bank’s range of products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven recent Customer Service experience

  • Confidence working in a fast-paced role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to commence on November 24th 2025
