As the first point of contact, you’ll handle a high volume of inbound enquiries while proactively conducting outbound follow-ups to ensure every customer feels valued. Beyond providing seamless service, you’ll have the opportunity to identify needs, introduce customers to tailored banking solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best possible experience.What you'll need to succeed
Proven recent Customer Service experience
Confidence working in a fast-paced role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills
