An established and well-regarded organisation within the aviation and logistics sector, this business operates across domestic and international locations. Known for its focus on safety, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder relationships, the company is looking to add a motivated Procurement Officer to its Brisbane-based team.

Your new role

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating procurement activities across multiple operational sites. From raising purchase orders and managing vendor relationships to overseeing freight logistics and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring seamless, cost-effective supply chain operations.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll have prior experience in a purchasing, procurement or supply chain role within an aviation/civil construction/heavy industry environment. SAP or M3 experience will be viewed positively. However, having experience with and the ability to adapt to a variety of ERP systems is enough to be considered for this role. You will be required to be on site 5 days per week for this role initially, working a 7am to 4pm shift with an hour lunch break.
