Your new role

In this role you will find yourself carrying out duties including but not limited to;
  • Providing excellent service to customers
  • Communicating with clients and updating the progress of their job
  • Provide strong administrative support
  • Job cost estimating and production planning
  • Processing of Purchase Orders and Invoicing
  • Prepare end of month sales reports
  • Data entry

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will require the following;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs
  • Exceptional communication & customer service skills
  • Experience or knowledge of car and machinery parts
  • Excellent ability to organise, time manage and ensure quality control
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or Internal Sales
  • An ability to learn quickly and pick up computer quoting & printing systems
