Your new role

• Define and document the overall test strategy aligned to program phases.
• Coordinate with functional leads to identify cross-system and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Create test plans, scenarios, and detailed test cases.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through to defect resolution.
• Execute test cases manually or via automated testing tools.
• Facilitate UAT with relevant business stakeholders.
• Generate and provision data files and sets for integration and migration testing.
• Identify, document, and prioritise defects; work closely with developers for resolution.
• Automate testing processes where possible.
• Challenge existing processes and seek opportunities to simplify testing.

What you'll need to succeed

• Significant experience as a QA/Test Lead, ideally within Oracle Fusion projects.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Modules (e.g., RTR, OTC, PTP, PTC, EPM).
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
• Ability to write and interpret SQL scripts for data analysis and test preparation.
• Experience with automation tools and test management platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
