Your new company

We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting the onboarding of two new cohorts to the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. This role is focused on transforming enquiry management, enhancing how students submit enquiries and how support teams respond, manage, and report on them.

Your new role

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements for developers.
• Lead discovery workshops with business area leads to shape future delivery phases.
• Drive improvements in enquiry management processes using Salesforce capabilities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in Salesforce projects, ideally within Service Cloud.
• Strong background in business analysis across IT infrastructure and service delivery.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience coaching teams through agile delivery and process change.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and consulting skills—able to influence and negotiate effectively.
