Based in Melbourne CBD, this nationally recognised professional services organisation is entering an exciting phase of transformation and growth. They are seeking a hands-on senior HR professional to partner the leadership team, up to a $250k package.

Your new role

As the GM of People & Culture, you will report directly to the CEO and join the executive leadership team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business. You will lead the development and execution of the people strategy, including and not limited to HRIS implementation, performance & remuneration, learning & development, and engagement initiatives. With a refreshed strategic plan and newly launched values, you will also drive cultural change, communications and governance across the business. This is a rare opportunity to build an entire people & culture framework from scratch in a values-led environment.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in a Senior P&C role, partnering with executive teams and boards.
• Strong leadership presence to influence, engage and drive outcomes across stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional written and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach to building policies & processes from the ground up.
