A growing Managed Service Provider based in Ballarat requires a Level 2/3 Support Engineer to join its team for a permanent opportunity, commencing ASAP. Your new role

• Providing 2nd & 3rd level onsite & remote support for a large client base.
• Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve high-level IT issues escalated within the Service Desk.
• Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
• Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
• Maintaining relationships with clients.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in providing level 2 IT support in a user-facing role.
• Sound knowledge of Windows / macOS, Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Veeam, TeamViewer, Intune, VMware / Hyper-V and Network troubleshooting.
• Prior experience with Syncro RMM is highly advantageous.
• Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure and Microsoft certifications are beneficial.
• Experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
• Access to a car and a valid driver’s license.
