We're on the lookout for a Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Aviation) to join a high-performing, forward-thinking team supporting cutting-edge aviation programs. • Perform and manage scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations and documentation standards.
• Support logistics and maintenance operations both at base and in deployed environments.
• Collaborate across engineering, quality, and program teams to deliver serviceable aircraft on time.
• Participate in audits, risk assessments, and strategic planning.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support operational needs.

• CASA or DASA Part 66 Licence (or Certificate IV Aeroskills for DASA programs).
• Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of CASR/DASR regulations and maintenance systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• A passion for aviation safety, innovation, and customer service.

• Experience in flightline or base maintenance, fleet planning, or Defence environments.
• Training in Human Factors, Aviation Safety Management, or Aircraft Component Systems.
• Project management experience.
