Recruitment Coordinator

Your new role
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment
  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews
  • Prepare contracts and candidate proposals
  • Maintain talent pool and provide regular updates to management

    What you will need to succeed
  • 3+ years recruitment experience in mining, oil & gas, or resources
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using LinkedIn, Seek, and other platforms
  • Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of FIFO and logistics is desirable
  • Must have Australian working rights
