Your new role

This role operates within the IT Automation & Integration team, supporting automation and integration initiatives. This role is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and management of solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform – including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot, as well as other automation tools such as Logic Apps.

In this role you will,
  • Design and develop low-code business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Design, develop, and manage AI-powered Copilot Studio agents (chatbots) to handle internal or customer-facing conversations.
  • Leverage the use of Agentic AI within Power Platform
  • Manage and Maintain the Power Platform environments, data policies, security roles
  • Manage Azure resources related to Power Platform (e.g. Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Azure AD)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and third-party systems using connectors, APIs, and custom connectors.
  • Create intelligent Copilot Studio conversations with topic branching, custom entities, and Power Automate integration for advanced logic.
  • Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and analytics for platform health and capacity.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve apps, flows, and bots.
  • Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure are built according to organisational standards including governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users and business teams.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies e.g. Standup, Elaboration, Planning and Retrospectives


What you'll need to succeed

  • Advanced experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, Microsoft 365 and Azure resource integration
  • Experience designing chatbots, including conversation flow, intent recognition, and natural language processing.
  • Familiarity with Power Fx, JSON, and integration techniques (APIs, connectors).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with API-based integrations
  • Proficient in scripting/programming languages
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, access control, and monitoring within cloud and low-code environments
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
