You’ll influence strategic outcomes, and help safeguard critical operations.

Opportunity one: Export Controls Manager

  • Take the lead on export control strategy, policy, and risk management across domestic and international regulations (Australia, U.S., and more).
  • Own the export compliance framework and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Manage permits, licences, and technology access controls.
  • Mentor a team and engage with government and regulatory bodies.
  • Deliver training, lead investigations, and represent the business externally.
  • Drive process improvement and embed compliance into operations.
Opportunity two: Export Controls Specialist
  • Support the team in delivering robust export control processes and documentation.
  • Assist with permit preparation, stakeholder coordination, and training.
  • Help monitor compliance and support strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Prior experience in defence export controls, compliance, & risk management
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence across the business.
  • Eligibility for Australian Defence Security Clearance (Neg Vet 1) & Australian Citizenship.
