This well-established bank in the local community of Bairnsdale is looking for a Teller / Customer Service Officer to join their experienced team. The goal is to help customers achieve their financial goals by connecting them with the right products and services.
Your new role
Delivering a high level of customer service in the branch by understanding customers’ individual needs and delivering tailored solutions
Providing information and assistance on all financial service products including wealth, insurance, home loans and small business lending
Opening/closing general accounts and assisting with other product queries
Working closely with the team and always putting the customer first whilst working to targets
What you'll need to succeed
A motivation to learn, a passion for banking and excellent customer service skills.
You will be a strong decision maker and problem-solver.
Comfortable talking to people and building strong relationships.
Reliable and hard-working with excellent communication skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work efficiently as part of a team.
This is the perfect entry-level banking role for someone holding previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience looking to gain exposure in a bank.

12-month contract
Working between 19–38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
