Your new role

• Delivering a high level of customer service in the branch by understanding customers’ individual needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Providing information and assistance on all financial service products including wealth, insurance, home loans and small business lending
• Opening/closing general accounts and assisting with other product queries
• Working closely with the team and always putting the customer first whilst working to targets

What you'll need to succeed

• A motivation to learn, a passion for banking and excellent customer service skills.
• You will be a strong decision maker and problem-solver.
• Comfortable talking to people and building strong relationships.
• Reliable and hard-working with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work efficiently as part of a team.
