Your new role
The Manager People & Culture – Culture Performance Partnering is responsible for driving business success by delivering strategic and operational HR services, programs, and initiatives that build a capable and committed workforce aligned with the organisation's corporate strategy.
- Drive business success by delivering people services, programs, and activities that build a capable and committed workforce.
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide people strategies and frameworks to foster a high-performance culture.
- Translate business strategy into effective people management interventions tailored to different business units.
- Lead and coach People & Culture Specialists and Advisors.
- Contribute to corporate strategy through best practices in people management.
- Design and implement business partnering frameworks aligned with corporate goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote and lead Zero Harm safety initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 10 years’ professional HR experience, ideally in organisational design, change management, culture performance, and restructuring.
- Experience in leading change and delivering innovative HR solutions.
- Strong understanding of contemporary HR management and workplace relations.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and translate business strategy into HR actions.
- Experience in interpreting legislation and conducting investigative or audit work to support cultural outcomes.
- Expertise in designing and implementing change interventions.
- Strong conflict management and performance management capabilities.
- Ability to identify and influence behaviour using effectiveness models.
- High-impact communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in interpreting contracts and legislation.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Solid knowledge of Industrial Relations/Labour Law and HR systems.
