We are partnered with a Federal Government Agency in the Brisbane CBD to recruit a Customer Contact Officer for a six-month assignment with the possibility to extend.

Your new role

Working within this Federal Government Agency, you will be responsible for:

• Manage phones, emails and web forms to respond to and provide timely resolution to stakeholders
• Triage, refer, provide information to and collect information from stakeholders
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of contacts
• Participate in team meetings

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role, you must have:

• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Ability to obtain Baseline Clearance if required
• Experience or understanding within the aged care sector is favourable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
