Are you a skilled Civil Engineer with a passion for managing and maintaining critical infrastructure assets? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, delivering high-impact capital works and asset management programs.

Your New Role
As a Civil Structural Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the planning, investigation, and delivery of capital works projects. You’ll manage a portfolio of civil infrastructure assets including wharves, tidal pools, retaining walls, and bridges, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and meet service level expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement capital works programs for civil structures.
  • Support long-term asset sustainability through strategic planning and risk mitigation.
  • Provide technical advice and respond to stakeholder enquiries, including DA referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and service excellence.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (eligible for Engineers Australia or Association of Professional Engineers Australia accreditation).
  • Strong experience in civil infrastructure asset management and capital works delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
  • Current Class C driver’s licence.
