Your new role
Your role as a Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a dynamic, high-performing retail store, with full accountability for achieving annual sales targets. It involves delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence across all aspects of the store.
• Leadership & Culture: Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team. Foster a positive work environment by embodying company values and leadership behaviours.
• Operational Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock presentation and availability, manage aged inventory, and execute reordering processes to drive sales performance.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and manage store profitability, ensuring targets are met through effective team and operational management.
• Team Engagement: Inspire and motivate the team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.
• Workplace Safety: Uphold the highest standards of safety for both employees and customers, in line with WHS policies and guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will encompass the following:
• 3–5 years experience in a Store Manager role, e.g., rostering, managing employee performance and disciplinary processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, POS terminals and retail inventory management platforms
• Sales focused mindset and driven to exceed KPIs
• Ability to work under pressure
