We are searching for a Facilities Coordinator to help support day-to-day operations for one of our major clients at an exciting location in Brisbane! 
Your new role 
 Duties will include: 
- Monitor and respond to work orders  
- Manage financial approvals for various needs and requests 
- Contribute to asset data upkeep and generate relevant reports 
- Maintain compliance records and safety documentation 
- Oversee maintenance operations and schedule contractor visits 
- Foster effective communication with various stakeholders 
What you'll need to succeed 
The following qualifications are highly regarded: 
- Experience in facilities coordination or administration
- Organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and work order systems
- Experience coordinating large sites, building services, and asset management
