Your new role
You’ll be responsible for leading the discovery and definition of high-level and detailed requirements across multiple business areas. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll help shape solutions that align with business goals and cyber security objectives, ensuring clarity, compliance, and impact.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with diverse stakeholder groups to understand business complexity and gather high-level and detailed requirements
- Document and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with transformation goals
- Assess the impact of proposed solutions across different areas of the business
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to elicit insights and feedback
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure cyber security requirements are embedded in solution design
- Support testing, change management, and benefits realisation activities
What you'll need to succeed
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience working in cyber security or with cyber-related projects (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft platforms and commercial environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Miro
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable solution specifications
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
