Your new role

• Engage with diverse stakeholder groups to understand business complexity and gather high-level and detailed requirements
• Document and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with transformation goals
• Assess the impact of proposed solutions across different areas of the business
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to elicit insights and feedback
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure cyber security requirements are embedded in solution design
• Support testing, change management, and benefits realisation activities

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience working in cyber security or with cyber-related projects (preferred)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft platforms and commercial environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Miro
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable solution specifications
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
