Your new role

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing high-level accounting, taxation, and advisory services. You’ll work closely with business owners and stakeholders to understand their unique needs and deliver customised solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and SMSFs
  • Providing strategic business and tax advice
  • Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and mentoring team members
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to internal process improvements and team initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you will bring:
  • CA/CPA qualification (or near completion)
  • 4+ years of experience in public practice accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge in Australian taxation and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client service
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, etc.)
