Your new role
Raise and receipt purchase requisitions
Inform clients of the expected delivery date.
Order creation including open and close of orders
Preparing invoices, logistics documents, and quotes
General admin duties and additional duties as delegated
Quote creation for internal and external stakeholders as needed
Liaising with production, sales, logistics, warehouse, to ensure all delivery dates are met.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require the following;
Highly regarded 2 years experience within the mining sector
Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs including SAP and MS Suites
2+ years' experience in administration with the ability to deliver varied tasks requiring independent judgement.
Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to deliver on simultaneous projects with competing priorities
High-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to foster strong working relationships

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will be offered an immediate start working with a dynamic team at the fast-paced office in Paget. You will be offered an attractive hourly rate of $45/hr + Super, working Monday to Friday 38 hrs a week with an initial ongoing contract through hays with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
