Your new role

• Represent the client's interests and interact with the implementation vendor to ensure alignment of the proposed design with the requirements and strategic directions of the business.

• Lead the capture of requirements for, and the definition of the SAP Data Strategy, including Data Archiving, Data Migration, Data Security, and SAP Analytics and Reporting Strategy.

• Contribute to the definition and execution of the data migration, including preparation, transformation, and validation of the data.

• Contribute to the review of current and target SAP reporting capabilities to address business requirements.

• Act as main point of contact with the business stakeholders, to capture and validate requirements and coordinate activities required for the business teams.

• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and visualisations using the selected reporting tools for the SAP project.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, reporting logic, and data governance standards.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements throughout the ERP lifecycle.
• Contribute to capability uplift across the data and analytics function by enhancing tools and refining analytical processes.
• Promote best practices in SAP data analysis and reporting by staying current with SAP innovations and industry trends to recommend performance-enhancing improvements.
• Document data models, analytics workflows, and reporting standards to support operational continuity and knowledge transfer.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in SAP data analytics, reporting, and data management across multiple modules with SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA

• Advanced proficiency in Fiori apps, CDS views, and ABAP queries.

• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud is desirable.

• Proven track record in leading data migration and transformation projects from ECC6 to S/4HANA, ideally including Finance and HR/Payroll.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior executives.

• Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and privacy frameworks in enterprise or public sector environments.

• SAP BI or Data Analyst certification is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-impact outcomes in a dynamic environment.
