• Prepare drafting and documentation for civil, structural, and maritime projects across various development phases.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to produce accurate and high-quality drawing packages.
• Review drawings for quality, accuracy, and completeness, including material take-offs for estimating and construction.
• Assist in the development and implementation of design templates and 3D models for detailed drafting and quantity estimation.
• Participate in site visits and meetings with senior staff to support project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and relevant State and Local Government regulations.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality, adhering to internal procedures and policies.
• Perform general drafting and design duties as directed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in civil or structural drafting/design.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and civil design software.
• Experience working on infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage, bridges, land development, and industrial sites.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Understanding of relevant industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
