Your new role

An opportunity is now available for an experienced Commercial and/or Property Lawyer to join the team at the Associate or Senior Associate level. Reporting into a Senior Partner, you will work autonomously on a range of commercial and property matters, such as advising on sales and purchases of business, reviewing and drafting various commercial contracts including shareholder agreements, managing commercial property transactions and leasing matters.

What you'll need to succeed

• A current Australian Practising Certificate

• A minimum of 3 years' PAE in commercial and/or property law;

• Excellent commercial drafting abilities;

• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills;

• A proactive attitude and team player working style.
