Your new role

You will be focusing on coordinating sales and logistics processes to ensure smooth and cost-effective service delivery to clients and distributors. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer purchase orders and entering into SAP
• Managing sample requests
• Generating invoices
• Ensuring Sales Representatives are kept informed on orders and stock levels

• Booking and managing freight
• Resolving delivery delays
• Liaising with various internal and external areas to provide updates on deliveries and investigate delays

• Negotiating with external providers and establishing efficient procedures
• Producing sales reports

What you'll need to succeed

Your Sales / Logistics Coordination or Administration experience will be highly beneficial, as well as:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills
• Adaptability and problem-solving
• Great initiative
• Ability to oversee end-to-end coordination
