Your new role

• Assist with month-end close processes and preparation of financial reports
• Maintain the fixed asset register and assist with indirect tax lodgements (GST, payroll tax, WorkCover)
• Perform general ledger reconciliations
• Support annual budgeting and audit processes
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights
• Analyse P&Ls and generate periodic reports
• Assist with inventory reporting and reconciliation

What you'll need to succeed

• CPA or CA qualified (or working towards)
• Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (JDE, Xero or similar)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is highly regarded
