Your New Role
You will be responsible for:
  • Administering the deployment of Frontline Learning programs via the Agency’s Learning Management System (LEAP), including scheduling facilitated modules.
  • Managing course logistics such as registrations, enrolments, cancellations, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
  • Responding to stakeholder queries and maintaining learning process documentation.
  • Collating capability and learning data from various sources into a central repository.
  • Preparing general correspondence and reports related to Frontline Learning programs.
  • Supporting broader Operations and Personnel functions within the Frontline Learning team.

  • Australian Citizenship is required.

The Logistics
  • 12-month contract with possibility of extension or permanency.
  • Hybrid working arrangement.
  • Hourly rate of $43.82 + super.
  • Opportunities based in Geelong, Adelaide, and Deakin.
  • Australian citizenship required
