We’re currently recruiting for two experienced Product Managers to join a high-performing team delivering innovative health payment and claims products.
This is a fast-paced, startup-style environment with a strong focus on AI adoption, cloud-based infrastructure (AWS), and continuous learning. The team culture is collaborative, agile, and driven by impact.



Your new role


Role 1: Product Manager – Practice Claiming Experience

You’ll join a mature squad focused on building customer-facing experiences for in-practice claiming terminals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer interviews and feedback gathering

  • Product fit assessment and roadmap prioritisation

  • Stakeholder engagement across Risk and Compliance

  • Driving product development and deployment


Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong product management skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Experience in product development and stakeholder influence

  • Industry background in health, payments, or banking is a bonus



Role 2: Product Manager - Infrastructure Migration Project
This role sits in a project squad focused on migrating health products to new infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Aligning product requirements across squads

  • Identifying dependencies and solving technical challenges

  • Navigating risk frameworks and driving product change


Ideal Candidate:

  • Technically inclined Product Manager with strong communication skills

  • Experience in payments, terminals, or product migration

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented with strong initiative
