A well-established underground mining operation in North West Queensland is currently seeking experienced Service Crew Operators to join their team. Operating within a lead mine, this site maintains high safety and hygiene standards, offering a structured roster and a strong team culture.

Your new role

As part of the underground service crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining critical services such as ventilation, water, and power infrastructure. This is a 7 days on / 7 days off, rotating day and night shift roster. The role is Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) from Townsville, Cairns, or Brisbane, with flights provided. Due to the nature of the site, all personnel must be clean-shaven to ensure proper use of respiratory protective equipment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous underground mining experience in a service crew position
- Strong understanding of underground services and infrastructure
- Commitment to safety and ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to comply with site hygiene requirements (clean-shaven)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police clearance
- Flexibility to work a 7/7 rotating roster
- Please note: New to industry applications will not be accepted.
