We’re currently seeking a reliable and proactive Production Operator /warehouse person to join a well-established team based in Bankstown. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in maintaining high standards in both production and warehouse environments.

About the Role
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for a mix of production and warehouse duties, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in line with company procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely load and unload goods from transport vehicles
  • Operate warehouse equipment and report any safety concerns
  • Weigh and blend ingredients for wet and dry production
  • Follow procedures for dispatch, quarantine, and non-conforming products
  • Maintain clean and safe production and warehouse areas in line with standards
  • Liaise with Customer Service and Laboratory staff to ensure compliance
  • Maintain equipment and service records
  • Operate within ISO9001 and ISO22000 quality frameworks

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Manual handling lifting to 25kg
  • Current forklift licence
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to follow production instructions and work independently
  • Basic computer skills (Windows/MS Office)
  • Experience supervising casual warehouse staff is a bonus
