A leading financial services organisation is undertaking a major transformation program to automate and streamline operations across superannuation, investment, advice, and insurance services. This initiative involves transitioning key business functions to a new service provider and integrating enterprise platforms to support future growth and efficiency.

Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the integration environment and cutover stream of this transformation. You’ll be responsible for data validation, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring business readiness for the transition. You’ll work closely with delivery teams, product owners, and subject matter experts to define and deliver business outcomes that align with strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading workshops, meetings, and requirement refinement sessions.
  • Translating stakeholder needs into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Supporting testing and validation of integrated systems.
  • Facilitating delivery team ceremonies and resolving impediments.
  • Identifying change impacts and supporting business readiness.
  • Producing quality artefacts and ensuring governance compliance.
  • Applying continuous improvement principles to enhance customer and employee experience.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 7+ years of dedicated business analysis experience.
  • Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs.
  • Industry experience in superannuation, investment, advice, or insurance services.
  • Strong background with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based integration platforms like Workato, Boomi, or similar.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
  • Experience supporting business change and readiness activities.
