Temporary role within the Colleague Services Division at NAB

We currently have several exciting opportunities as an Advisor for our Colleague Services division. Part of this role is to deliver an outstanding, multichannel colleague experience, providing generalist advice and support on HR related policies, processes and systems.
The role will be temporary until 31/12/2025 and will be a hybrid working model (on-site/remote working) except for training periods. You will be required on site for the first portion of training. The offered salary is $37.13 per hour and the hours are 9am–5pm Monday to Friday.


Your new role

As a Colleague Services Advisor for NAB, your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to colleagues in relation to People & Culture processes and policies
  • Action position requests through NAB’s internal SAP systems
  • Work effectively with peers to understand the issues to be solved
  • Monitor processes and suggest improvements to team ways of working
  • Meet agreed SLAs regarding service delivery through various channels (phone, email and workflow portal)
  • Communicate effectively to obtain a shared understanding of priorities and deliverables

What you'll need to succeed

  • Customer service call centre experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong problem-solving approach
  • Good stakeholder engagement skills
  • HR related degree/qualification is desirable
  • Interest in banking and customer excellence
