Your new role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of a new Loan Origination System (LOS). Your role will involve overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), producing detailed documentation, and working closely with both business and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and developers, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of five to ten years of experience working in Australia or at least fifteen years internationally. A strong background in lending is essential, along with hands-on experience in LOS implementation. You should have a solid foundation in development and implementation, with strong skills in SQL and HTML. The ability to manage UAT and produce clear, structured documentation is critical. This is a highly technical role that requires deep domain knowledge in lending and a proven ability to deliver complex system changes.
